ALL REFERENCES TO CURRENCY IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE EXPRESSED IN UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD).

ALL ENTRIES NEED TO INCLUDE NAME, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL, AND MAILING ADDRESS. IF NOT INCLUDED, ENTRY WILL NOT BE VALID. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) years of age or older for residents of Alabama and Nebraska), or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, and who possess a valid driver's license as of the date of entry. Officers, members, directors, representatives, and employees of Sponsor, Administrator, and any of their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, dealers, franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, participating retailers, and advertising, promotion, and judging agencies, and all persons engaged in the development, production, or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, and siblings, whether biological, adopted, step, or in-law) of each such individual, and persons living in the same household as any such individual (whether related or not), are not eligible to enter. Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, U.S. military installations in foreign countries, and wherever prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.

Sponsor: The sweepstakes is sponsored by King Supply Co, 227 Delsea Drive, Sewell, NJ 08080 ("Sponsor").

Administrator: This sweepstakes is administered by GOAT Giveaways Inc., GOAT Giveaways Inc., P.O. Box 70, Midway, UT 84049, United States ("Administrator").

Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in this sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), entrants agree to abide by the terms and conditions thereof as established by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to qualify all submissions and to reject any submissions that do not meet the requirements for participation as established by Sponsor. Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on 09/24/2026 at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on 11/09/2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter: There are three ways to enter: 1 – During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals will receive entries by purchasing eligible products on https://kingsupplyco.com/. For each dollar ($1) spent (excluding shipping and handling or tax), the entrant will receive one (1) entry. Transactions with declined credit or debit cards, as well as returned purchases, are not eligible for entry. 2 – You may provide your e-mail address and double opt-in to the King Supply Co newsletter. E-mail addresses that did not double opt-in do not qualify. 3 – You may also enter without making a purchase by mailing a hand-printed postcard as described in the AMOE Entry Process below. All online entries must be received by 11/09/2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one hundred thousand (100,000) Entries per person regardless of method of entry. Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter in violation of the entry limits will be ineligible. Incomplete or illegible Entries are invalid and not eligible to win. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited. Normal internet access and device usage charges imposed by your ISP may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for damaged, lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries; technical, hardware, software, electronic or postal system failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; fraudulent, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by Sponsor, the users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes; or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions or downloading, that may limit, delay or prevent an entrant's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes and award the prizes from Entries received up to the time of termination or suspension should causes beyond Sponsor's control, including unauthorized human intervention, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt, compromise or materially affect the administration, fairness, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes or proper submission of entries. Sponsor is not liable for any loss, injury or damage caused, whether directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from downloading data or otherwise participating in this Sweepstakes.

Mobile Participation: If an entrant chooses to participate using a wireless mobile device (which is not required to enter), standard text messaging and/or data rates may apply according to the terms of the entrant's service agreement with their wireless carrier. Other charges may apply and may appear on the entrant's mobile phone bill or be deducted from a prepaid account balance. Participation by mobile device means the entrant understands they may receive messages relating to this Sweepstakes, including notification if they are a winner, which may be subject to carrier charges. Mobile service may not be available in all areas or from all carriers.

Tampering: CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Any person who supplies false information, obtains entries by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Official Rules in an attempt to obtain a prize will forfeit any prize won and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Disputed Entries: In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business or educational institution) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

AMOE Entry Process: To enter via AMOE ("Alternate Method of Entry"), hand-print your full legal name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, phone number and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 11/10/2026 and received by 11/16/2026 to be eligible. Each valid mail-in entry will receive sixty (60) entries. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Multiple entries submitted in a single envelope will be void. Entries must be hand-written. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due entries will be void. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries. Entries submitted via the AMOE will have the same odds of winning as entries submitted through any other method of entry.

Selection of Winners: On or about 11/20/2026, GOAT Giveaways Inc., an independent third-party sweepstakes administrator retained by Sponsor ("Administrator"), will compile all eligible Entries received through every method of entry — purchase entries, verified email opt-in entries, and mail-in AMOE entries — into a single entry pool, with each Entry assigned a unique sequential entry number. Administrator will then draw ten (10) entry numbers at random from that pool, in order. The first entry drawn is the potential grand prize winner (the "Winner"); the remaining nine (9) are alternates, ranked in the order drawn. Sponsor does not select the Winner and has no involvement in, or ability to influence, which Entries are drawn or the order in which they are drawn. Entries submitted by mail have the same odds of being drawn as Entries submitted by any other method. If the Winner cannot be verified as eligible, does not respond within the period stated below, or fails to return the required documents, the prize passes to the next alternate in the order drawn, and so on until an eligible winner is confirmed. Results will be announced via Sponsor's website and/or social media channels. The odds of winning are not calculable in advance and depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.

Notification of Potential Prize Winners: The Winner will be notified via call, email, or FaceTime. If the Winner cannot be reached, or does not acknowledge acceptance of the Prize, within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, that Winner may be disqualified and the next alternate in the order drawn will be notified.

Requirements of Winners: As a precondition to award of any Prize, the Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release (where lawful) and an IRS Form W-9, and to provide proof of identity in the form of a valid driver's license (collectively, the "Prize Acceptance Documents"). Because the value of the Prize exceeds $600, the Winner must provide a valid Social Security number for tax reporting purposes before the Prize will be awarded. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize is awarded. The Prize Acceptance Documents must be signed and returned to Sponsor within seven (7) days of written notification. If any Winner fails to sign and return the requested documents within that period, that Winner may be disqualified, and the Prize will thereafter pass to the next alternate in the order drawn.

Prize: The grand prize winner will receive a 1996 Ford F-250 (the "Prize"). The Prize is a used vehicle that has been driven approximately 133,000 miles and includes the following aftermarket modifications: a 6-inch lift, 37-inch Nitto Trail Grappler tires, polished 20x10-inch JTX Big Hole wheels, and a custom blue reflective wrap. The estimated retail value of the Prize is $30,000. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in the Sponsor's sole discretion. If the winner would like to exchange the Prize for cash, the cash value is $30,000. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a particular Prize for one of comparable or greater value. No individual may win more than one Prize. All Winners are responsible for any and all applicable local, state, and/or federal taxes and fees. Each Winner must take possession of the Prize by 01/01/2027. The Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local income taxes associated with the Prize. The Winner will be provided with an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the Prize awarded, in the calendar year the Prize was won, in accordance with Internal Revenue Service regulations. The stated ARV is based on information available to Sponsor; any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value at the time of award will not be awarded.

Vehicle Terms: If the Winner accepts the vehicle, the Winner is solely responsible for any additional equipment, title, vehicle registration fees, dealer documentation fees, license, delivery, dealer preparation, freight, emissions inspection, federal, state, and local taxes, insurance, fuel, vehicle maintenance, and all other fees and expenses associated with receipt and use of the vehicle. The vehicle, including its aftermarket modifications (such as its lift height and tire size), may not meet safety, equipment, or emissions requirements in some states, counties, or municipalities; the Winner is responsible for confirming and complying with the requirements that apply where the vehicle will be registered and used. To take delivery, the Winner must provide proof of valid insurance and a valid driver's license, and must take delivery at a location designated by Sponsor by the Prize possession date stated above. The Winner bears all liability and risk of loss or damage to the vehicle after delivery.

NON-MONETARY PRIZES ARE AWARDED AS IS AND WITHOUT CONDITION, WARRANTY, GUARANTEE OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) BEYOND THE CUSTOMARY REPRESENTATIONS PROVIDED WHEN THE PRIZE IS SOLD AT RETAIL.

Additional Terms for Travel: All travel arrangements must be coordinated through the Sponsor and are subject to availability. Winners bear responsibility for travel to and from the departure airport and for any personal expenses incurred. All expenses that are not specifically provided for herein, including, but not limited to, meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, taxes, and other transportation, are the Winner's sole responsibility. Winner and his or her travel companions must have valid travel documents (e.g., government-issued identification) prior to departure, and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of all or some aspects of the Prize. Winner and his or her travel companions are solely responsible for satisfying all legally required conditions of travel. Sponsor and Administrator are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay or any weather or airline issues that prevent the Winner from traveling, in which event any missed portion of the Prize may be forfeited in its entirety.

Privacy: By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge and agree that any personal information that they provide will be maintained in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://kingsupplyco.com/.

RELEASE AND PUBLICITY: ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AFFILIATED COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR THE ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL OR OTHER ERROR IN THE PRINTING OF THE OFFER OR ADMINISTRATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR IN THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE PRIZE. BY RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE AND BY SIGNING AN AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY AND LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE, IF REQUESTED, EACH WINNER CONSENTS (EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED) TO THE USE BY SPONSOR OF HIS OR HER NAME, PHOTOGRAPH, LIKENESS, STATEMENTS, BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION, VOICE, AND CITY AND STATE OF RESIDENCE FOR ANY AND ALL PUBLIC RELATIONS, ADVERTISING, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES, IN ALL FORMS OF MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVISED, IN PERPETUITY, WITHOUT NOTICE, REVIEW, APPROVAL, OR ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION. THE WINNER UNDERSTANDS THAT ANY PRIZE CEREMONY MAY BE VIDEOTAPED AND/OR PHOTOGRAPHED, AND THAT ALL RIGHTS TO SUCH VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHS BELONG SOLELY TO SPONSOR. NO ENTRIES WILL BE RETURNED. ALL ENTRIES BECOME THE PROPERTY OF SPONSOR.

DISPUTES: EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZES AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORTING TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, PURSUANT TO ARBITRATION CONDUCTED UNDER THE COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION, TO TAKE PLACE IN SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS' FEES; AND (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANT, SPONSOR, AND ADMINISTRATOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF UTAH, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW, RULES OR PROVISIONS (WHETHER OF THE STATE OF UTAH OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION) THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF THE LAWS OF ANY JURISDICTION OTHER THAN THE STATE OF UTAH.

Modification: In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number stated in these Official Rules. If, for any reason, more prize claims are submitted or more prize notices are distributed than the number of prizes offered, Sponsor will suspend all prize awards, and Administrator will award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible prize claimants.

Miscellaneous: The names of individuals, companies, products, and services mentioned herein, and any corresponding likenesses, logos, and images, are used for identification purposes only and may be the copyrighted properties or trademarks of their respective owners; their mention does not imply any association with or endorsement of this Sweepstakes. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Prize Acceptance Documents will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and the remaining provisions will be construed as if the invalid provision were not contained herein. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. To the extent there is a conflict between these Official Rules and any rules appearing elsewhere, or any terms of use posted on Sponsor's website, these Official Rules govern.
